Great! 

It was my first try for a keto rhubarb cake. I thought this one was very good. It is quite dense with the nut flours but I liked the almond rhubarb combo taste. I think I would sneak in a few more rhubarbs next time 

That looks nice. You could even throw in some strawberries. I'm going to make a keto pizza later this week.

" Black Tie Kitchen on YouTube. How to make a real keto pizza. " It's got lupin flour, almond flour. Yeast. Gelatin, olive oil, coconut flour , wheat gluten and a little sugar to proof the yeast. 16 net carbs for the whole big pizza , 🍕 😋  

I haven’t had rhubarb in forever ! Brings back lots of childhood memories when both my mom and grandma had huge rhubarb patches.

Lupin flour that one is new to me. And I have a lot of "flours" and stuff...LOL I have to look for it. Thanks for that you tube. I will check it out. I have a few rhubarb growing Honeebuns...hence eating it. Buenita it was good. I hope it froze well.. because the rest is in the freezer.  

It froze OK. So I may make it again but with more rhubarb and a touch less sweetener
