I joke that I’m gradually reducing to a “cut…” except as a former lifter who knows what that means, it’s not a cut, just a break from exercise burnout.
Except physical burnout from being a lifter *a year ago*, not consistently, and only consistently *two years ago,* means poor eating habits 😂.
I do eat better than in the past and exercise enough according to lenient standards by doctors, too lenient anyway if you are in your 20s and in good health. Lol.
And physical burnout increases my metabolism but not the way you want 😂. Healing does burn calories but in the opposite way you want lol. And I shouldn’t have to heal from *years ago* if I lived healthier. Baby steps.
