In survival mode trying to keep my head above water and get as much rest in as I can. Really burnt out but got a few workouts in the past few days but I'm running on fumes with lots of trips to panera for iced coffee. Just trying to make it to make it to Sunday at this point .. dinner was eggs over a bed of butternut squash and bell peppers with hot sauce and everything bagel seasoning on top.

im good on the fluids I drink a gallon of water some of it has electrolytes in it plus the coffee on top of it. I'll survive just chugging along on caffeine and continuous snacking 🤦‍♂️ got a chance to mow half the lawn and prep some chicken for the rest of the week so that's a plus

sk.17 wow sk approved I must be onto something with this one! As fir the traing completely agree I'm just starting back up with the lifting after 8 days off from it and the exhaustion is from work and life

sounds like your trying your best to hang in there! hopefully a day off for you will be to not leave the couch unless absolutely necessary. A day like that would really help you out!!

DAZEY_iz_Well thanks yeah I mostly did that Sunday my son was sick and we watched a bunch of movies on the couch even got one of those leg compression aND heat massagers going for a few hours it was glorious
