Birthday celebration meant I didn’t eat well and drunk to much. But hay it was my birthday so it’s ok right. But today has been one of those days, with poor choices being made. Need to get my mind back in it.

Glad you had a nice birthday. And yes it's ok 😀 don't feel too bad. I just ate the cream cheese icing off about 3 slices worth of cake... And for no good reason!! 😭
