My mouth is on fire 🔥. Felt like I needed the extra salt. I’m so low carb and fresh foods (Does pink Himalayan salt work to replenish electrolytes?) or do I need more?? Maybe that’s why I was headachy for 3-4 days. 🤷🏼♀️

Whoohoo fire 🔥 I use Light Salt that's 50% sodium and potassium and i add magnesium in water. I have to start my day with some and try to reach 3000 sodium. I mix it like the ratios in LMT.

Trace Minerals is a product out of Utah. I use there Stamina Electrolyte as it provides a good profile of nutrients to allow optimum benefit.

Oh! I love those. Yes, you do need to electrolytes and minerals in water. Just sip it throughout the day. Your headaches will cease. JenJabba's suggestion is very good. Dr. Ken Berry and Neah's Way (both are have their own YouTube channels), have their own drink recipes for electrolytes and minerals. The company, KetoChow, has some really good products you can take a look at, too. I have a recipe that I posted to FS for this.

Yes! My Cardiologist recommended I use Himalayan salt along with electrolytes to help hydrate me. I do notice a difference, not so dizzy anymore!
