Well, I've been gaining weight. I'm sure it's related to being home and sick with not much else to do, but eat and rest. My calories have been up somewhat. So, I signed up for an 8 week challenge to reset my RDI to 1200 kcal./day. Steady weight loss seems to happen at this level or below for me. So, I'm going to restrict my intake to below this level and see if I can get back into my previous steady losses. I'm down 70 lbs from my highest weight and 30 lbs since I joined FS in April. I surely do not want to let this backsliding take hold. So, onward and downward with at 1200 kcal RDI!

Thanks Mskes! I'm looking forward to rediscovering my mojo! It's hibernating right now. I overdid it yesterday, and it does feel like a setback. I phoned sick for another two days and probably will just make it another full week. I can't go out in the heat just now. I've got to let this take it's course.
