I need to hit the gym but my schedule has been busy. The rest has allowed for a better recovery. I'm still trying to eat under goal this week...

I can appreciate rest. I notice great improvements in my speed with extended recovery which really racks my brains when I want to have x runs for the month. Good luck w/eating under goal.

Thanks for the encouragement Everyone!!! Most of the folk who are putting forth effort are getting results. I know good results are possible because I have been on Fatsecret for awhile now and have seen so many members improve their lives. @ Amandakane1, I'm taking a suggestion from you. Thanks for posting the body weight exercises. I need to work more of them into my routines.
