I have never had it easy with my weight. Eating poor choices, eating too much of my poor choices and suffering the consequences!
Now 59 years old...I am on a dual journey, a journey to better my health as I inch closer towards the dreaded "old age" and finding that zone of personal understanding and my place within society. As a lifelong lone wolf who has had issues fitting in with others while being exceptionally insecure, I am finally finding a "comfort zone" with myself and others. I focus on me and my personal internal peace while I interact with others mindfully.
So far so good!
Growth is forever.
