Well this is my 4th go around on FS. My Hubby and I were doing this together , We bought and renovated as house ate like crap during this time and somehow just kept making bad choices now I have over 30 lbs to deal with and Hubby has even more. This is living proof that a person can not just diet it must be a complete lifestyle change! well that was how the weight gain started but once the house was done we just kept eating poorly. Now I am worried about hubbies health he is a type 2 diabetic who is 40 lbs over weight and carries most of his weight out front so I worry about a heart attack or stroke so Iam committed to eating properly as well to help him!!! my weight loss is just a happy bonus!
