I'm 34 years old and a Mother of two. I have really dedicated myself to taking care of my family, to the point where I have neglected myself until I have nothing left. I want me back!
My goal is to get down in the 140's or maybe 130's and then maintain. That's what I am most afraid of, I KNOW I can lose the weight because I'm doing it but I worry about keeping it off long term. I'm determined to do this NOW!!!!
