I wanted to ask everyone for weight loss what is the deficit you are in. I am working out every day and I have a deficit of 1000cal average. My intake it’s 1700cal and I am not hungry. Should I lower it and see how that feels. Or because I train so much I shouldn’t? I am trying to figure out what might be the reasons I am not loosing weight. I have been using the app for more than a month tracking macros and doing on a caloric deficit. I do have a hormonal imbalance which I am treating on my own with natural supplement and I have lost volume but the scale says the same number again and again. Any advice in general would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
