We're having Chicken breast (boneless/skinless~ grilled on Smokeless grill)with Lemon pepper seasoning and fresh asparagus ♥ I do meal planning for the entire week on Sundays- Keeps me in line with goals. Lol

I'm soooo freaking happy ! Finally, after two weeks of being at 228lb POINT something, Lol... Woke up at 226.0.. I ended up in hospital last week due to entire leg side (hip down just pass knee) being in terrible pain, as in could not walk! They're still running test -MRI next week. But, I can't go to gym or exercise much until they figure it out. Their current thought are "nerve disease ". Just happy to be down while I'm down...♥

What the ???? Powdered Garlic has 6g carbs per Tbsp & 2g of Sugar ??? Onion powder has 5g of carbs as well... This may be why my carb count is OFF ! Hidden carbs suck :( Information found at : https://nutritiondata.self.com/
