Losing weight isn't hard. Keeping it off is. One psychological tip to stick with the plan is to come up with a bunch of "why-s". Why are you doing this? Post it somewhere to remind yourself when you feel like eating like an unsupervised child at a candy shop.

I am doing this because I've been overweight/fat my entire life and Halloween is coming up in 2 months. It's the holiday where girls unleash their inner hoes. LOL Every year I've done funny costumes, but this year I'm going to dress up like a prostitute. What's your why?
