Well, lost it last night with cravings - don't know why other than I was watching Sopranos and they eat ALL the TIME on that show so it was like watching an endless Olive Garden / Duncan Donuts / Macaroni Grill commercial. So I decided if I was going to eat, I was going to have to cook it - not just grab something quick, easy, and loaded w/calories. I finally settled on a grilled ham & cheese sandwich on my George Foreman grill. I guess it would be the modern equivalent of a panini or something. Even using Smart Butter (fat free, low cal) and 2% swiss cheese I knew it was not the best thing for me and by the time I had it finished I actually craved it less. So I ate about half of it altogether but recorded all of the calories. I'm ambivalent - glad I managed 'some' control and didn't eat it all because I'm fairly certain that would have led into such a sugar increase that I'd have gone onto binge eating and eventually purging and I really don't want to do that this time (of trying to lose weight and keep it off). As I recorded the numbers on my diet calender I see I did exceed the RDI and that's why I'm here - hopefully next time I have a TV induced binge craving I'll know what it will look like when I record the numbers.
