Very Cool idea !!!! Will have to try making these. A great way to practice portion control..... thank you Moopie and Keyten.... ;)

Yummy! How long will they last in the fridge? 

That’s two meals for me, I used 7 eggs. There was some extra I used to make a scramble.

I used to make these egg muffins all the time. Haven’t recently. Great reminder. Great handy snack too if you’re busy and on the go. I always keep ready hard boiled eggs in the fridge. Grab one cold, toss on a salad, mash with mayo fir a sandwich, devil them. Mmmm I love eggs! 

Ok, thank you for the recipe. So no flour involved - just basically baked scrambled eggs. I like it. Like Wifey, I like eggs just about anyway you can make 'em. 

I always have it in my fridge. Keyten is making healthy eating exciting. When I eat eggs for breakfast, I feel full until late lunch time.

I use to eat ibexes, then two, new 3!!!!! And yes, I’m full til lunch and I eat between 6:30-7am. I add toast or English muffin or veg/fruit and coffee. Hmmmm sometimes cheese.

Yeah, ibexes taste great, one is good, two is better, but three fills me up!! Bahahahaha!! And thanks. My face has sun damage though. Growing up, I was in the sun from morning til night, no sunblock. 😞 Don’t know what my parents were thinking, yet, no parents thought much about it in the 70’s and 80’s. And now I’m paying the price. My dermatologist is watching. Scary really. There’s a huge history of skin cancer in my family and CICO can do nothing for that! 😮 

It’s keto too 😂😂😂😆😆😆🤣🤣🤣 

Love your new profile pic Moopie. You are gorgeous. I’ve never told you this, but both my kids, their best friends are both Asian. Seems we are all drawn to you. Growing up, my hubbys best friend was also Asian. After my hubby and I finished Bible College, we considered going to Korea to teach English and to pay off student loans, but we didn’t. We still wonder if we should have gone. How would things be different?? I also did my work term in a Korean church. Anyway, what does all this have to do with fs? Nothing! 😂😂😂😂
