Calculating calories accurately is important for me. I realized that when I put food into FS, I have the ingredients correct, the amounts roughly correct but I don’t bother to include things like seasonings and oil, which can add 100s of calories. 😳😳😳

Ohhhh yes. Adds up. I always include it. My numbers are as accurate as possibly imo. If I’m doing this I have to do it right because I am the one who said years back I’d NEVER count calories. And now it’s like a religion. Some days I feel trapped like I’ll never be able to stop, and that bothers me, it’s the reason I didn’t want to start. So, how do we transition or do we??? Seems those who drop it, gain quickly. Thoughts??

I don’t count my workouts so I thought they ought to cancel out the oils/ spices/herbs...

I usually track pretty steady for 18 months and when I do I lose weight. Then I think I can take off the training wheels. I've been wrong every time. I may have to make this a part of my daily life forever just like checking other things that matter to me.
