Diario de melissatwa, 23 jul. 19

It has been a rough week with a ton of stress. My intake has been poor, but did a fast yesterday to just reset mentally and physically. I also ended up walking 20 miles in the last two days (three different walks with three different people to keep me company). I feel better and ready for the rest of the week in calorie deficit and working out with weights more. I just have to keep trudging!

Thanks, Laraae! Thankfully, this week is seeming better. I'm really hoping for some improvement on the scale for my weekly weigh in tomorrow. One week at a time!!! Hang on... Make that one DAY at a time😀
