Nice profile pic! What progress you have made. Do you buy your rice already fried or pre-fried? 

This morning I cooked cauli-rice in bacon drippings...added an egg & chopped green onion - not the same as fried rice but not bad. 

It comes raw

Looks so good! We had some leftovers a while back and chopped up orange chicken and pork dumplings to add to the rice. It was delicious! I am sure yours was even better! 😋👍❤ 

Becc@, that’s how we do fried rice too! It’s a fridge cleaner upper! :) the secret ingredient I use in mine is a tiny bit of fish sauce instead of soy and sesame oil.  

Red boat is the premium! My Costco sells it, I’m still trying to use up my normal sized bottle.  

How many languages can you speak? So far Chinese food, Spanish food and American food.

Duõshăo qián was one of the phrases I used the most when I lived in China. I know some of the accents aren't right but stupid phone can't type Mandarin! That and learning how to order street food and actually get what I was wanting. And hot pot!  

Gsh and the proper response to whatever the vendor says “太多了” lol 😂  

Hahaha it's always too much. Especially when they see a big white guy walk in their shop....everything goes up by 50%
