Thank you Becc@❣️ It’s happiness and confidence that’s beauty and that cannot be faked. Even though everyone sees the “beauty” I can tell from my eyes and fake smile that I was uncomfortable in my own skin.  

Rosio, this is why I keep reusing the same before photos. I hid from the camera 📸 forever.  

rosio19, I did the hide behind someone technique also, but usually I offered to take the picture lol!  

You are a very beautiful girl, but like you say, your eyes tell the tale of not being confident in this photo. I am so happy you found strength to be who you were meant to be!  

Did you all take a look at Kenny’s transformation? That is a really fantastic one❣️ He looks strong and healthy now. Crm11 also has a great face transformation. Lol Keyten’s had my jaw drop! These progress pics are really inspiring❣️  

Yes Joleen right? We can’t come out fat on the photos, if we don’t take any 😂 😭 

Well good thing everyone here on fs is working on themselves and soon they will reach their goals and be comfortable in their own skin  

We will all be able to take pics cause we will feel confident 😌 💕 

Thank you Melissa. I’m grateful for the advice I received here. She and a couple of others really spoke to me. I remember being offended by her posts especially the ones regarding weekend bingeing. I questioned why I felt offended by her and then I realized because it was my problem. She empowered me by giving me direction in this weightloss journey, as she has lost 80 lbs and kept it off. I owe my new outlook on life to members like her. 💕💕💕 

Yes❣️ Keep taking those photos, there are many more motivation monday, transformation Tuesday, throwback Thursday, flashback/flex Friday to come. 💕💕💕 

Melissa, hit the nail on the head regarding my eyes. And one of the fs members who helped me a ton is rosio. Lol I kept using a pronoun without using her name.

I was wondering about who "she" was but not for long after the description ensued! "She, " who has inspired me and lost and held off 80 pounds, is a tremendous example for us all! 😉 I have a few fat face and fat body photos, but so few... Just hate them and want to never look at them again, but I know what an impact transformation photos of others had and still have on my journey. They give hope... We all need hope on this road.  

Yes Melissa we all need hope. And we all must remain vigilant or else we can get back to where we started
