Great walk! 

Shoot... I'm doing an hour and a half on days I don't lift. Well- today I did both but I am so tired by the time I get back to where I parked- I can't imagine having another hour to go. 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♀️ You're awesome! 

Beautiful. Must have been a lovely walk. 

How long is the trail? It has all the good stuff: trees for shade, paved, and ZERO people! The trail near my house has had a 200% uptick in use. That's a LOTTA people recreat-ing. That looks perfect for biking!  

Thanks, guys! ♥️ Princess, you are walking so much! Once you go a certain amount... Longer isn't harder. It just takes more time! Wish you could join me! Sk, this is right along the lake at this point, so it isn't as dry under the "canopy." I love all the green creeping up the tree trunks!  

Kattay, I love this trail. It is also nice because "my" planet fitness is in the same area I work, so I can cool down and change before going to work without having to go home! 😁  

Beauxpurdy, the trail is 27 miles long. It follows the lake edge and then along a little river. I get on the trail a few places but have never walked the full length. I would love to!!! The area I walked today is quite busy and edges the lake and goes past all the fancy houses. Where I walk along the river, it wanders through feilds mostly. There is very little shade. It can be pretty busy too, but there are fewer access points... so more bikers than walkers/runners. I love it because there is hardly a road crossing. To be in the city but feel far away from traffic is lovely!

Becky! You know exactly where this is! Every time i pass by that little beach where we sat and talked, I think about our visit! I have never since stopped... I am always marching along and feel like I have no time or reason to enjoy a moment of peace by the water. Maybe next time! 😁  

Yes, 60pack! Quiet, peaceful walks are the best. But, really moving along fast and not feeling tired mile after mile... Well, it feels so wonderful and an absolute blessing. I miss running, but I would never trade walking to be able to run again. Maybe I will be able to do both someday!  

Oh Melissa, you have really encouraged me to get some steps in today. Won’t be in any beautiful area as that though. Blessings!!💕

So beautiful! That red line on the map in that part of town made me think traffic on the walk must've been insane! 😜  

One day, I'd like to join you on a walk by the Lake - such a beautiful part of our area that is so close, yet I've never been 😟
