—________— I guess something is better than nothing. I didn’t do well yesterday at all. I got up really early for work and ended up passing out at 6pm and slept till 10pm. Then was up till 3am this morning. I barely drank water; like 7 cups. My macros were off. I ate a fat bomb at 12am to try to get my fat % up to 74%. Ended up with 469cals. I’m going to do some fasted cardio now. We’ll see if I fast till 12pm or not. I don’t know. I also decided to measure myself. Will check next Monday
