💪💪💪 side note: my daughter completed her first day of Keto yesterday!!!! I’m so proud that she stuck to it. I worked till 11 last night so I wasn’t there to make her dinner plate for her. I didn’t know if she would stick to it or not. She said she went to make a plate of rice and beans and chicken and realized that she shouldn’t be eating that and realized she didn’t feel hungry so she didn’t eat! 👍😘 my baby girl ❤️

I’m really happy my baby is trying to get her weight under control. I’ve been very wary about trying to force her into anything. She’s sensitive, but I know I’ve done her a disservice by being too nice. She needs to lose a good 50 pounds. I’m so thankful that Keto has worked so well for me and has inspired my daughter to give it a go. I’ve been paying for her gym membership for about 6 months now. She’s never gone. I’m hoping she’ll start that too...
