150 is ‘normal’ for 6’0?? Lol hubby is 100# more than that. In fact, just a couple months ago I was 150 and I’m 5’3! When I kept picturing you on the scale saying 135 I pictured a man about my size not 6’. Nothing wrong with it but it does boggle my mind. And 2-2.5# per month?? I thought it was around 1-1.5 for men and half that for women. Need to google again as I can’t find my notes. If you keep it up I’ll steal your muscles instead of D’s. He could probably flick me away fairly easy. I “might” have a chance at stealing yours ;).

I did look at my back in the mirror today and noticed that my upper back looks different. Fuller than before. It was full then I lost weight and I could easily see my shoulder blades and now it’s kind of a halfway between the two. Hoping it’s muscle and not fat deposits lol.

Lol I couldn’t figure out how to flex it. I’ve never intentionally flexed anything except quads and biceps and just recently traps(in front) and glutes. Just looked it up and seems it’s probably the back side of the traps I’m needing to flex. Will have to try and see :).
