Diario de MrsMagyk, 15 sep. 18

The scale has moved this week, but I'm not sure about the water weight. I usually weigh less on the weekends because I get up later than during the week. Still exercising and eating below 1200 calories. I am almost half-way to my next goal. I expect to hit it in the next few weeks. Then I will have one final goal left. I am getting excited to see the final weight on the scale.

This is a list of things that I have been learning along my journey. I have learned that change is good. I will continue to learn about myself and grow stronger each day.

I am grateful to all of the fatsecret community. I couldn't of asked for better support. Reading posts and having people comment on my posts, has helped me stay strong.
