42.1% Well, I was hoping for a bigger loss, but I'll take it.

I think I've been eating too much lately. Not yesterday, but before that. Sometimes it seems easier to just eat everything on my plate. We've been trained that that is the way not to waste, but if you really think about it, it is wasteful. Why not eat only exactly what you need and then save the rest in the fridge? My body has no use for extra food.

edited to note: is it just me or is my graph taking an annoyingly long time to get to 185? At the rate I was going I ought to have been there two weeks ago. I think my graph is taunting me. ;)

I think it's something in the "air" or "water" or something! lol I see many plateaus out there... btw, I've deemed myself Queen of Pleateauville and am soon kicking all residents out without notice! lol Guess that kinda was a "notice", huh? lol Keep up the great work!! Take time to really enjoy your bites, every one, and then sit and listen to your body... try to stop when, "you are no longer HUNGRY", do not wait to be "full". It takes 20 minutes for the "full" to register in our brains, and so if you stop when the "hunger" goes away, and wait 20 minutes, you'll find that most times you are satisfied with "not being hungry" any longer. :) Have a great day!

I know what you mean about "cleaning off your plate", one of those childhood things that won't go away. Two things: I use a smaller dessert plate and I Do put what ever is too much back in the fridge for a snack or another meal, I just don't tell anyone! hang in there, my last plateau lasted 3 weeks! Remember the other side of the plateau is DOWN.

Your graph looks great! I know how you feel though. I changed my goal weight to 175 and it it taking me forever to get there. Oh well, we won't give up! We'll get there.
