Missed weekly weigh-in yesterday traveling. I felt I did okay over the Thanksgiving weekend. Allowed myself some of my favorites and wine, but I didn't go too overboard. Even though I was down a little before the weekend I'm fine with no change.
74,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 10,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
