After two days of the same weight and three days before that of the same weight but a half pound more it feels like forever before the scale moved! I am a half pound down but it is the lowest I have been since starting with FS. After this it is all new territory.

That business of its okay to gain a bit, go off track etc sure doesn't work for me. I haven't been this weight since September 27th! That is 19 days of regaining lost ground. I am definitely that person who has to make the tortoise her hero-- slow and steady wins the race! No sleeping and taking breaks like the hare!
118,6 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 3,2 kg.    Aún para ir: 41,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
