it's 1 week into my new lifestyle. I haven't bought a scale yet, so no weigh in. I've been very strict with myself with calories. Tonight my partner and I decided to try out a new buffet place in town and I was pretty nervous about over eating. I decided not to think about it, eat what I wanted and just put it in after I left. Well it worked in my favor. I had some sushie, rangoons, and spring rolls (all my favorites) typed it in afterwards, and I even had enough calories for a snack later if I want. Although I don't think I'll be needing it
