Wow! I thought it was going to be another day of rollercoaster up and down because my body is sore from yesterday’s workout, but dropped a little under 3 lbs in one day. The best part is that I didn’t have to feel hunger. I am close to entering unknown territory. The lightest adult weight is 124.5. I’m excited and scared.

This is life changing! People treat me differently when I’m out and about! Doors are opened for me, people let me go ahead of them in line, small conversations in grocery stores, and extra looks while walking around. What a day!

I’m at 3 weeks right now. I would like to see what my body looks like in half a year on this diet. My skin cleared up and pores are smaller. No lotions or creams have done that.
