I am obviously not happy - have delayed entertaining no a weight since Christmas due to the fact I have never gotten back to where I was before Christmas- so 1 month I managed to gain 3.6 pounds. Unchecked and unaccountable I could easily fall backwards. But I plan on marching forward. I will be logging every Friday morning regardless of the number - time to face the music!
