Cheated a lot this weekend. Was expecting it to be higher. My work trip is in approximately 7 weeks. Need to lock it down to get the rest of my weight gone 😎. I plan on fully making everyone shocked at my transformation.

90,4 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 45,6 kg. Aún para ir: 8,8 kg. Dieta seguida: Bien.

It’s funny because you’re right. It just seems at times it was too good to be true becasue of how well Keto helped me and my particular situation. Just keeping going ! The exercise is my new challenge. Keeping me on my toes
