😯😃This is just too good to be true. I ate just over 2000 cals yesterday and took a 5 hour nap in the middle of the day 😅😅

I think I’m just going back to my pre birthday party weight. But I’ll take it! I don’t really want to go back in keto with my daughter. I wanna keep eating whatever I want 😩🥺

You are doing so great with the carb add! I don’t feel strong enough to go all in with carbs yet, but you’ve inspired me to “test” myself a bit. LOL

Eating the carbs is a daily battle of will!! And I don’t do very well a lot of days 😪 but some days I do fantastic! More than anything I want to practice. My daughter said she’s not ready to start keto tomorrow 😰 Which sucks considering I just spent A LOT of money of keto foods. I’m not sure if I will just do it anyway in the hopes that she’ll start mid week or what 😕
