Been going to gym, doing something active everyday even if I can't get to gym. Trying to stay at 1100-1300 calories. Im feeling alot of muscle in my legs they are solid now. But that damm weight will not drop. Its so discouraging when u wait a week to weigh yourself, think your doing good, but no change...😞😤 I just have to keep on with it. No giving up for me. Planned most of my meals out this week and keeping my fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻🙏🏻
