I ate a lot yesterday... and I probably will again today 👍😁
69,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 25,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

And you do great with portion control. I am not good with that, sometimes I eat low calorie meals(400-600 cal.) but my big plates are full, I even feel embarrassed to post those meals Haha 🐷

Thanks guys I know that balancing my macros out really does make a difference. I try to control my portions. I only make 1 serving of food. If I were to make more, I’d eat more. Even though I do control my plate size, I still go back and pick at stuff 😪 That is my biggest problem with carbs. I can just eat and eat and eat. Dinner then chips then fruit then cookies then nuts then... spirals easily

I think we lived the same day yesterday! I waited too long to eat and when I did, I more than made up for it. Back to basics. You'll do fine. 😊👍

Some days I eat a lot others not so much. I don't think my body is on a 24 hour cycle when it comes to food intake
