Great week all around, I’m finally under 160 lbs in like forever. I thought that my morning workout was a breeze. Really it was. Here’s a report. On an average last week I burned 3112 calories per day in spite of only working out 4x last week. My sedentary calorie expenditure is approx. 1850-2000 per day. Not bad a bad deficient huh? I secured a new personal gain for pull ups this morning (largely due to losing nearly two pounds, makes a HUGE difference). The reason I burned so many calories is that I’m constructing a pole-building, and this last week’s HUGE chore was to dismantle an oak building that didn’t meet my needs. Ever pull 60-80 pounds of nails out of oak? I love working with my hands! Blessing and cheers all!
