I’m very pleased with this week, as opposed to last week’s wreck. I had a good week of working out, and this week begins 70% of my max workout routine. For a 58 year old man my sedentary maintenance calorie intake is 1857, but this week’s daily average was 3287. I’ve been busy, mainly removing, loading, and unloading asphalt from an old pad where my new building is going (asphalt scale weight 14,300 lbs), lifting weights, cutting and stacking firewood, plus yard work. I’m not eating as clean as I should so I’ll have to work on that. The cleaner I eat the better percentage body fat I can obtain. I’m about 12% now.
