Had the grandkids for 3 days this week. Did better staying low carb while they were here this time. It's hard to fix food for them and leave it alone. The 16 year old would live on carbs if I let him. I fixed chicken alfredo and when he was done there was a pile of chicken left in the bottom of his bowl. SMH! The cat loved it! His sister tries to watch her intake and I'm afraid she is going to struggle with her weight. I love having them here at the farm with us. They are great kids, and it won't last. The oldest lives half way across the country and I only see her twice a year. I think I'll check into flights back and forth. If she can't come to me, then I shall go to her!
