This has been my first challenge and it really worked for me. It was good for me to do the weekly mini challenges. I'm starting a new 12 week challenge today. One of the rules is to lose a pound a week or drop out. It sounds a little much... but I was able to do it for 4 weeks in this challenge, so I'm feeling confident. Thanks!
