Melissa, I'm just above my goal, too. I found myself looking at a menu at lunch this week with no really low cal choices....I decided to go for it....choosing something that sounded tasty but portion wise wasn't over the top. I even had a glass of red wine. I didn't lose any weight, but didn't gain either.
Enjoy your weekend having good foods in reasonable servings and you'll be fine. You can get back to your normal choices on Monday 😊
