Thanks jcmama and moopie! Id rather be a hair below goal than a hair above, but gosh holding steady isn't exacly as easy as one might hope! 😁 I've got someone turning 17 today in my house and church potluck tomorrow. Gonna really try to hang tight to what I know to do!

Melissa, I'm just above my goal, too. I found myself looking at a menu at lunch this week with no really low cal choices....I decided to go for it....choosing something that sounded tasty but portion wise wasn't over the top. I even had a glass of red wine. I didn't lose any weight, but didn't gain either. Enjoy your weekend having good foods in reasonable servings and you'll be fine. You can get back to your normal choices on Monday 😊

Thanks,. mrsroboto and John! I'd sure dearly love to be lower, and I really felt like I was doing well the last couple weeks with not a whole lot to show for the effort. I'm just gonna keep trudging! I'm sure glad I'm not alone in this effort! 😁 ❤️
