Thanks Melissa...full disclosure, if I entered every weight that I daily monitor and some days, monitor several times a day (mainly to see how much water I've "lost" in an endurance activity), my line woukd be VERY squiggly. My set weight line represents my maximum sustained morning weight when hydrated (and up to five pounds lower). I will only change this set weight when I see a sustained gain or loss...my goal is to keep this set weight the same and replace fat with muscle whenever possible... given the constraints of living a life full of birthdays, the odd glass of wine or guiness, travel and other real life events. So far, so good, but for sure not taking anything for granted
