Not following Keto very well because we are living with my dear mother in law. She spent a couple of weeks in a psychiatric hospital and they got her meds adjusted so that she doesn't hallucinate anymore but the memory loss is severe enough that she can no longer live by herself. Of course she doesn't believe this to be the case! She still thinks she can be independent so we go along like we are just visiting. She is so lost and confused, it breaks my heart. We don't want her to have to go to a nursing home so we are staying with her. I miss my computer!!! I will check in when I am home. Today I am wrapping Christmas presents here at my house. Nice to be home for awhile.
