😩😩😩 I hate seeing this 😰 I know about 5 lbs of it is from carb loading yesterday and the Chinese food but god does it hurt to see it. But this is the first week of the new year and I have my plan in place! 🥂 here’s to a nice big drop in a couple of day 😄😄😄😄😄😄

There are many diets out there, but ask yourself why do you choose to do it? Is it necessary to carb load? Do you think your body really needs "carb loading". I am sure there will be responses of "scientific data" to answer my question, but remember that --nobody knows nothing. -- Set your goal in mind and before taking any actions, take a few moments to ask yourself: will this take me more towards my goal or away ; then with integrity and grace take action. Be you and stay true.

Check out Rosio19 12/25 post on overnight gains. Lol I know it, you know it, but seeing it written out makes me feel so much better. 💕💕💕 I’ll share some at home Chinese recipes that will give you all the flavors and not get you bloated. Lol here’s the first one: chicken brother. Take chicken bones ( I use bones from a rotisserie chicken) in a pot big enough to fit it and enough water to cover it, simmer for hours. Salt lightly and done.

I had to post mine, but sadly mine didn't come on overnight, so is not just water... My plan is in place too! We can successfully do this! 😁 ❤️

Thanks guys 🥰 Yogag my “carb loading” was really just a nice way to say I was binging on chips, candy and cake 😪 Not good for my body or mind. But I’m back to reality! My daughter turned 18 yesterday 😱🥺 just can’t believe my kids are all growing up 🙂 In some ways it’s a relief (I did it!!) but still heart breaking to see them get ready to leave me 😔
