Medium distance walking last night, but we went at a very quick clip. Back to full desk duty this week, need to adjust eating to reflect less movement. Haven't swam this week because the plumbing crew next door keeps reappearing. Geez, just got a ring alert and they're back again. Hoping they're done today. Night swimming is just not going to happen until it warms up a bit.
