Thanks, ladies! ❤️ I'm guessing it will bounce up a bit for tomorrow's weigh in. I may have been slightly dehydrated from hours and hours of yard and garden work yesterday. But, even with that, I was a little surprise at the drop in 24 hours. Guess it goes to show how much water can come and go in our systems in a short time! 😁

Hahaha! Thanks, meepers, tatauu, and wifey! I was kinda doing a happy dance myself. It's my lowest recorded weight for several months. I should eat more chips if it does this! Or... Maybe not! 😁

Jazzy, first you have to start eating them, so that you can have a salt overload and drink a gallon of water 💦!!! Then you record that weight, because you're recording daily. Then you too can have a lovely, overnight loss! 😁
