Thank you! ❤️ I'm trying to always keep in mind what a wise fellow (John10251) 😁 told me when I was approaching maintenance weight. He said those who are successful at maintenance take it as seriously as "dieting." Well, something like that anyway. I don't relish the fact that I will have to be this conscious of my food and fitness the rest of my life, but... If I must it is better than the alternative for sure! 😁
