Thank you, Shir and Fritzy! I expect the weight will jump around more as I up my resistance work. For the last weeks I've been just running, walking, and landscaping in the yard. Now... I really, really must pick up weights. The yard work is only maintaining stuff now, so I simply must do something more to engage the muscles.!😁

That's a healthy attitude Melissa. It's natural for our weight to fluctuate from day to day. Resistance will only make it easier!!!

Thank you, John! You're the man to know these things!!! Since the gym closed, I've really struggled to get resistance work in unless it was outside digging, yanking, mowing, hauling... I tend to have a hard time focusing on all three of the major disciplines I need. Cardio, diet, weights... I've really focused on my eating and running the last weeks, and I need to rework getting everything in balance.

Nice solid blue line. Good for you! Walking, check, landscaping, check, now I can't wait to get back to running.

Thank you, ches! You have maintained a very big loss for so long. When I can say I've gone years keeping it off like you, I'll feel successful! I've really enjoyed watching your walking journey. Last summer I was keeping it around 40 miles a week, which really helped me when I started feeling both light and fit enough to start running. I'm so glad for the support and the examples for me to follow on this journey!
