I took a couple days off weighing and recording both my food and myself. Not a great result, but I had a grand couple of relaxing days with my kids and hubby!

We'll work our way down together! I recorded, but ate pizza. And it was good, but it shows. LOL

Well worth it- sometimes we need that mental break. I haven’t been recording my weight as often since I’m maintaining. Glad you had a nice weekend with your family! ❤️

It is always sad to post a gain... Especially one taking me out of "blue!" Understanding is never under appreciated though!!! Yep, Katsolo, we'll fight our way back down together! Groatmeal, it sort of felt like going for a long walk and leaving my phone's milage and speed counter off... Just enjoying life for a bit. br_e_co, I know I could have been more disciplined, but I'm back on it. I really am so thankful for both the accountability and support y'all provide. 🌹😊

Busjwanie, there hasn't ever been a moment in my whole life I was as lean as you! But, I can outrun you!!! 😁 When it is a bit cooler (yes, it is finally warm in Washington!!!) I'm going for a five miler tonight.

LOL, I'm already down. I had to *cough* use the facilities. Plus, already walked a mile home from the car repair place. Another mile there this afternoon and then puppies!

Indeed! With all the hard work it takes to stay with it, we deserve breaks, weekends, holidays...whatever we seem to call it. Living is never cheating! I'm looking forward to the 4th Celebration my family and I have coming up! Cause I'm gonna LIVE that day. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Good going, Katsolo! Sadly, I think it will take me a week to get this off. It's more than fluid and food... Some fat has settled I'm sure. 😁 Yes, SythianBard, a break is OK for me, I have found, as long as it is brief!! Enjoy your 4th!

We'll let the pandemic take credit for the walk. No way I was taking an Uber anywhere near or far. Unnecessary risk.

Good looking at the positives! And... When might you get your vehicle back? Hate, hate, hate car troubles!!!!!! It is 300 hundred foot elevation change, uphill walk from our mechanic! Been there! 😊 I'm absolutely grateful it is so close though... Just over two miles!

I'm not that lean anymore. Besides it's the 20w lighting.

Hoping it's ready tonight or tomorrow. Not that I'm missing going anywhere during the week right now, but I prefer having it in my own driveway.

Nice that you are back... yeah recording gains is no fun but I try to force myself to do that so that I can get a better mindset around weight swings.

Thanks, liv! Yeah... I have to just face my gains and decide if my choices are worth the lengthy fight to get back to where I was. Right now it seems my body is just longing to convert extra calories to real weight in moments. Both of the days I overindulged, I barely ate a thing until the evening meal. But, then I just ate and ate. Life long habits of throwing caution to the wind once I've already "blown it" are still a struggle to fight against.

I appologise if I'm overstepping and obviously I don't know much compared to you and so many others but from my experience I know my body fairly well. It goes in cycles. The days it wants to grow and gain it just does it. So I ride it out and try my best to turn the gain into muscle gains and not so much fat. When it wants to lose it does and no calories count changes my cycles. So I ride that too and lose fat. Its ups and downs. And I need to love me no matter what phase I'm in. Proverbs said beauty is fleeting but a woman who fears the Lord is to be treasured. Your a treasure. For real.

Oh, busjwanie, I hadn't seen this comment before! I'm sorry to have missed it. 😁 I know there is a little bit of mystery of why we go up and down. Sometime I am certain it is better for me to have a few days that are higher calorie and then I go down rather than sustained, low calorie days for weeks on end. I just can't stay there! I've had three days which I really did "poorly" this week, so I am in serious careful recovery mode right now!
