Thank you, #One! I'm back to my pre-trip away weight, but for some reason I feel a bit fluffier... I sure need to be lifting heavy things! 😁

Thank you, Carol, blessed, and br_e_co! I'm sure feeling a lot better and lighter! It always feels good being back in the rhythm of eating conservatively and exercising well! Breaks are nice, but I'm so grateful the healthy habits I've been working on help me regain some stability pretty quickly!

Thank you, 60pack. I wasn't feeling so very stable, but it is nice to be close to goal again! Tom, thanks so much! Princess, I decided I needed the help remembering to keep working at it! I've got to keep lifting heavy things! ❤️ I am not nearly as faithful as I should be... I'm not so dedicated as you. I'm trying!!! ❤️

I didn't even go today. :( Stayed home, made chili, did laundry (that I didn't put away). I need to go in the mornings at this time of year because the dark, colder evenings make me want to hibernate. Just a sleepy day. So much for motivation after a break. LOL
