Yesterday was Thanksgivings day and we had the usual feast. I hope everyone enjoyed the holiday and their family. It was also a rest day for me so will be today. I ate "Poorly" at 114% of goal, met my protein goal and did not meet some activity goals. BF↑0.3%

You're allowed to miss goals on Thanksgiving, John. I ate 214% of goal so does that mean I win?🤔
