Thanks, ruthie. I'm not super pleased to be 1.2 pounds out of blue at the moment, which is my buffer, but I remember the days I would have given about anything to be anything under 150. All about perspective isn't it! 😁 We are all just trudging along trying to make better choices!

Thanks, sk! If only... If only I was! 😁 Liv, bearnoggin, Bill, Petra, thanks so much for always being so encouraging!! Tom, I really was so absorbed in other things I haven't even posted much. I still haven't caught up on all "my people's" journals! Happy December! ❤️ My knee is not better, but tomorrow I will see someone finally for PT. It has taken this long to get an appointment. I'm expecting to just get one or two sessions and get as many exercises and stretches learned as quickly I can. It costs an arm and a leg! I just need my knee fixed! 😁

Nice drop!!! I like the way you have your settings focused on your weight goal. I'm sure your status line will return to blue soon. Knees take a beating when we jump, walk and run. Exercises and stretches are what my doctor has recommended for me and it has helped. I pray you get some relief soon...

Thank you Clair! It appears I got an "overuse" problem with a knee. Or... Muscle imbalance that caused an overuse injury. I haven't run for 6 weeks or even walked very quickly. 😢 Muscle down and weight is up. 😑 Not the direction I want to go, but I'm still kicking! 😁

Thank you, John. I've been a serious walker most of my life and on and off runner, and only now had knee trouble. I was trying to be so careful, so it is discouraging. But, hopefully I can get some help to know what to do. Clearly my attempt to fix the problem haven't worked out. Even if I can't run, I at least want to race walk!😁
